Fundraising
Our PTA is an independent non-profit organization that enhances and supports the educational programs at Rancho Elementary. In order to raise the funds to continue these programs your PTA conducts a variety of annual fundraisers.
Recycling - more info here
This school year we are moving Recycling to Wednesday mornings, beginning on Wednesday, August 30th. Only plastic bottles & aluminum cans with the CA CRV label are accepted. Please do not bring in any milk jugs, "soup cans" or recyclable items that are not labeled for California Redemption. Please do not bring in any glass recycling, if it were to break it would be unsafe for kids to be hauling into school. Prizes will be distributed to any student who brings in their recyclables. Reduce, Reuse & Recycle.
Spirit Wear
Spirit wear will be available for purchase at Friday morning lineups and special events. Keep your eye out for new items offered throughout the year for the whole family!
Box Tops for Education
BOX TOPS
It’s BOX TOPS Submission Time!
At the end of March, we'll be sending in all the Box Tops our school has collected. Our goal this year is to earn $2,000, which is 20,000 individual Box Tops. We did it last year, and I'm confident we can reach our goal again this year if we all work together.
You can turn in your Box Tops by bringing your completed "Box Top Blast Off" collection sheet to the Fall Festival Spin & Win Booth.
You can also turn in additional Box Tops in a baggie (with your name and your teacher's name) to the office, or the Fall Festival Box Top booth. Our Box Top store order forms are available on the school website (bottom right hand corner at (http://res.tvusd.k12.ca.us) or in the Box Top bin in the office.
After our October submission, Rancho will receive a December check from General Mills. This money goes towards class field trips, AR, and special events sponsored by our PTA. Remember, Box Tops DO have expiration dates so it's important to turn them in as soon as you can. And the sooner you turn them in, the bigger our check will be.
Many thanks to all who have been clipping! Keep the Box Tops coming in!
If you have any questions, please contact Monica by email at [email protected] or by phone (951) 240-7545. Thank you for supporting Rancho! Together, we can make a big difference!
